Project Scope - $282K:

  1. $190K - purchase & delivery of a fully refurbished, electric locomotive from Western Train Company with two passenger coaches to seat 24 riders, and 1,640 linear feet of track material

  2. $82K – Site work and new track installation. Scope to include full demolition of existing track, digging of a 15” trench to pour and compacted dirt, followed by compacted drainage rock and track install.

  3. $20K – electrical scope
